July 3, 2019 — The ICD USA Section Office received the following report from Dr. T. Bob Davis, one of seven ICD Fellows who present Volunteer Seminars at dental meetings throughout the country. “I am returning from the June 2019 Boise, ID State Meeting and wanted to update you on the success! It is a small meeting with around 500 people total, maybe 200 + dentists. They met in a beautiful and very functional downtown venue, Boise Centre West and had a very prominent presence of ICD within the meeting. April 3, 2019 — March 29, 2019 — Treasurer Richard Smith volunteering for the Texas Mission of Mercy (TMOM) event in Amarillo, Texas. August 21, 2017 — FELLOWS IN ACTION MISSION TO GUATEMALA It conjures up visions of Sisyphus to learn of the persistence and energy of Fellow T. Bob Davis and his journey into the world of dental volunteerism. It is a journey that began in 1977 when his wife, Janis encouraged him to volunteer to participate in a dental mission to Matamoros, Mexico where youngsters in a Children’s Home were in need of dental care.
