The USA Section Foundation is governed by the Board of Trustees. The individual Trustees are elected by the membership for a specified term of office.
The Officers of the Foundation are elected by the Board of Trustees for a term of one year and may be re-elected for a total of three years.
The Annual Meeting of the USA Section Foundation is held at the same location as the Annual Convocation for New Fellows of the USA Section. The meeting is open to all.
