CHAPEL HILL, NC—MAY 2017 In May 2017, Fellow Burton A. Horwitz led a volunteer mission to provide dental treatment for underprivileged children in Chisinau, Moldova. In 2017, Dental Lifeline Network was granted $5,000 from the International College of Dentists USA Section Foundation. This generous grant from the International College of Dentists USA Section Foundation supported the Missouri Donated Dental Services (DDS) Program’s effort to help veterans with special needs in the Greater St. Louis area access treatment for severe dental problems. On March 26, 2018 – Dr. Richard F. Roadcap presented a check to the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry's International Student Experience Program.
