The purpose of the USA Section Foundation is to advance the art and science of dentistry by providing a means for dentists, and other interested parties, to share their knowledge, skills, and resources; whenever and wherever the need may arise.
The Constitution of the Foundation dictates the "Purpose" of the Foundation to be educational, scientific, and charitable. Among other things, Foundation purposes shall: Encourage and assist worthy projects in scientific dental research.
Encourage and assist graduate dentists in continuing education and the improvement of scientific knowledge and skills.
Encourage and assist students at all levels, pre-dental, dental, graduate, and post-doctoral, in the attainment of their goals.
Encourage and assist in the establishment of professional libraries for graduate dentists, graduate and post-doctoral students and dental students.
