IMPORTANT ANNUAL CONVOCATION, DINNER DANCE INFORMATION - KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

Dear Fellow:

Our International College of Dentists USA Section Convocation and Dinner Dance will take place on Friday, 8 October 2010 at the Peabody Orlando Hotel, 9801 International Drive, Orlando, Florida, immediately prior to the ADA annual session. The Peabody Orlando is within walking distance of the Convention Center. This year our ICD Worldwide College-at-Large Officers and Council will also hold their annual meeting in Orlando. We look forward to them joining us at our USA Section activities.

Our ICD Convocation and Induction Ceremony will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, 8 October in Peabody Grand S-V. Doors open at 12 noon. No tickets are issued for this impressive ceremony which is open to all Fellows, families and guests.

Friday evening, our black tie optional program honoring our new inductees begins with a Social Hour (cash bar) at 6:30 p.m. in the Peabody Grand Foyer. Dinner begins at 7:30 p.m. in Peabody Grand S-V. Plan to stay after dinner to enjoy an evening of dancing and Fellowship.

If you will be joining us, please fill in the Dinner Dance reservation card and mail it to ICD-USA by 3 September. Your cancelled check/credit card statement will serve as your confirmation. No tickets are mailed - All tickets are held in the name of the purchaser and must be picked up on Friday, 8 October from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the ticket desk in the Peabody Grand Foyer. Your table number will appear on your ticket(s).

Dinner tables seat ten (10). If you wish to sit with friends, please write each name and state (if state differs from yours) on the reservation card. Otherwise, seating is by state and District groups when possible. Note: The Fellow-Elect is a guest of the College and must personally return a reservation card to assist with record keeping; spouse/guest(s) dinner tickets must be purchased. Dinner dance cancellations received by 24 September 2010 will receive a full refund.

If you did not reserve a room at the Peabody Orlando after receiving our previous correspondence, please do so soon - Space is limited.
