July 19 - 21, 2018 — ICD Fellows volunteered at the Illinois State Dental Society Mission of Mercy (MOM) at the Bank of Springfield Center. Over 1180 patients were seen over the 2 days by over 1106 volunteers. Over $1 Million dollars worth of dental treatment was provided including teeth cleanings, restorations, extractions and dental appliances. The priority patients on the first day were the Veterans of Illinois who have served our country proudly and now needed help with the dental care. Over 250 Veterans were seen on that day.
The MOM was visited by several state legislators and US Senator Dick Durbin stopped by to see what the dental profession was providing to the citizens of Illinois.

Thank you for Volunteering Your Services and Time to Serve Others!
