The interview will be hosted by our 2022 Social Media Outreach Fellow, Dr. Akshay Thusu and ICD USA Section President, Dr. Risé L. Martin.
Dr. Farmer is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the non-profit organization called Universal Smiles. He also developed an outreach trip to Uganda to provide oral health education, increase prevention, identify and diagnose oral pathology, and perform extractions, prophylactic and restorative procedures in remote villages in conjunction with Makerere University. Dr. Farmer was highlighted as a "Fellow in Action" in the 2022 KEY recently published. You won't want to miss this inspiring interview!
