Morrison Dental Group hosted its 3rd annual Smiles for Heroes free day of dental care for Veterans of the United States military this past September. This year’s event brought 54 Veterans to three of the Group’s eight offices throughout Virginia. Veterans were seen in the Hampton, Richmond and Norge Morrison Dental Group offices where over $45,000 in free dental care was given to these former members of the armed forces.

Equally notable were the number of volunteers for this event. “We have been so thankful for the outpouring of assistance from our staff and other professionals in the Hampton Roads community,” said Dr. Robert Morrison, CEO of Morrison Dental Group.“People came here anxious and left smiling and grateful for the treatment they received,” said Alex Morrison. Morrison began practicing in Williamsburg, VA in 1992 and he along with his wife have grown the company to 8 locations in Virginia.
