ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION
If you do not see your name in the top right hand corner of this screen you need to sign in to complete your registration.
To register please follow the steps below:
- Click on the REGISTER MYSELF button below
- Click your Registration Type
- Select the programs you plan to attend by day (If you plan to attend CE Courses and/or Workshops please review the CE Program information.)
- Click the Proceed to Checkout button to access the shopping cart
- Enter your payment information (Mastercard or Visa) and click on the Submit button
- You will receive a confirmation receipt by email
- Housing information will be available after you complete your registration
If

To register for the Continuing Education Courses and Workshops please read the information below and follow the steps before proceeding with registration:Â

are four CE packages offering courses and workshops at a discounted
rate. Please review each one before making any selections
- If you prefer to attend individual CE courses or workshops, you will find these listed below the packages
- To
read detailed information about each CE course and workshop please
click on the title where it says More Info then close the window to add
selections
