DISTRICT 1 REGENT ELIOT PAISNER

Message from District 1 Regent, Eliot Paisner:

I am going to do it! This seasoned guy plans to ride the 2019 Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), a 192 mile 2-day bicycle ride from Sturbridge, MA to Provincetown, MA.

The purpose of the ride is to raise funds for cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. I am inspired to this challenge by my little friend and hero, “CC”, a 3-year-old boy recently diagnosed with leukemia. CC is bravely undergoing extensive treatments for his cancer at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. 100% of the funds raised go to Dana Farber research. My fundraising goes directly to blood disorder cancers. Help me reach my goal of $5,000 before I take to the roads on August 3, 2019.

I understand there are many wonderful causes we all contribute to. I plan to continue to give to my other favorite charities as well as the PMC. Won’t you consider doing the same?

Fact: The first PMC was in 1980 when the survival rate of leukemia was 10%. Today the survival rate is 90%.

Donating is easy.
